Thank you for your interest in our clinic. We have a two-part initial naturopathic visit. Your first visit in our clinic will be primarily focused on gathering a comprehensive history about your situation, performing a nutritional physical exam, and giving some suggestions for you to start with immediately. This first part will last approximately 1¼ hours.
The 30 minute second part of the initial evaluation takes place after your entire case has been reviewed. A comprehensive treatment plan will be presented to you at this time. The cost is $360, which includes both visits. Follow-up visits are based on $180/hour.
Please call the office to confirm fees for other services such as pediatrics, acupuncture and massage.
Parking may be found in our off-alley lot, or along 12th Street.
For the health and comfort of our environmentally sensitive patients, we request that you refrain from wearing any fragrances.
So we may best serve you and use your time in the office to the best advantage, please review and complete the provided comprehensive health history forms.
Please mail or fax all of the completed forms along with copies of any recent laboratory work you have had done before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to review the information briefly before seeing you.
We will need to reschedule you if your history forms are not received at least two business days before your appointment.
